My electric scooter will not charge. My charger is brand new, and I have the model razor scooter. My scooter been out in my shed for winter then when i bring it in i put the charger in and it will stay red (charging) for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours then it will turn green (charge complete). then when i get on the scooter and turn it on i will turn the acel. button then it would say -batterie low-. Plz can someone help me!!!
I have an electric scooter runs on 24v I have three 6v batterys. I'm thinking battery 1 to 2 in series then 2 to 3 in parellel. Keeping it safe with best running time,would this wk???

the first two are in series .both are 12v so is the new 1.or could i wire the new one parallel.and how?
My scooter was starting to run a little "lumpy and bumpy" and the motor on it started steaming. So I ordered a new motor for it. Now the question is...how do I replace it?
Have no idea how to. :(
