Open Question: Is it illegal to ride a razor pocket mod electric scooter on the street or side walk?

Im getting a razor pocket mod electric scooter. Some people say you can only ride it on the street. Some say you can only ride it on the sidewalk. Which fact is true? I just got a razor pocket mod electric scooter. Some people say that you can't ride it on sidwalk. Some say that you can't ride it on the street. I live in AZ. Which fact is true?

Open Question: how do I motorize my scooter?

I would prefer electric motors but gas motor schematics are fine. My scooter is a Street Speed scooter by Rand International.

Im looking for an electric scooter to take around town with, but I'm looking for the fastest ones on the market. I'm really wanting it to be electric. I know gas ones can go faster than electric. If you know of a good gas one, sure, share it with me.

Open Question: Does anyone know who, if anyone, is currently making the "BOB" personal submersible...?

...recreational diving machine? BOB is an electric "Breathing Observation Bubble" that used to be made by Bellaqua Personal Submersibles. (It looks like a scooter in which you have your head in an air bubble while the rest of you is in water). I cannot find that this company is in business anywhere anymore, but I know the "BOB" is offered as an activity in both Cancun, Mexico and the Floriday Keys.
